The location was good, but I spotted cockroaches in the bedroom.

The location was fine, but the room smelled like mold and marijuana, the walls were paper‑thin and noisy, and the people were odd; the floor was wet from the air‑conditioning unit.

Breakfast tasted great and the portions were generous; the staff was superb and couldn't have been better. Special thanks to Rosa (general manager), Keila, the chef (sorry I couldn't get her name), and Paul Hof at the front desk for outstanding service. The only hiccup was that the laptop couldn't print boarding passes during check‑in – the airline had them ready, but no connection was available. Paul Hof helped me by printing them on the front printer – thanks a lot, Paul, a real gem.
The staff was excellent, always very available for all our requests; the location in Orlando was great and the price was very good. The only improvement would be having an electric kettle and larger fridges in the rooms.
