Hotel Palace is located in Varazze's centre, 200 metres from sandy beaches and 1.5 km from Varazze Train Station. Rooms feature warm colours, wooden furniture, LCD TVs, work desks, and private bathrooms with hairdryers and toiletries. Select rooms have sea-view balconies. The A10 motorway exit is a 5-minute drive away, with Genoa reachable by car in 30 minutes.

We were given a room that was a bit small but very clean. The hotel is in a strategic spot, easy to reach the beach and the center. Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and kind. The shower is really tiny, but nothing major.

The location is great, the parking is super handy, and the staff are friendly and helpful, but there’s no fridge, the TV is a bit small, and the bathroom lacks shelves.

Everything was clean and tidy, the location was superb and the parking excellent, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was both great and plentiful, yet if I had to nitpick for a three‑star place I’d suggest adding a mini‑fridge to the rooms and giving the rooms a general modernisation; otherwise it was truly excellent.

The location is great, but the room is falling apart: the blinds are broken, the toilet vibrates, there’s no fridge‑bar, ants, and the shower head is full of limescale.
