The location, the staff, and the terrace were great. The breakfast was limited for a high‑priced hotel, and the shower was difficult to control.

The location was ideal. The room was very pretty, spacious, and well equipped – they thought of everything! Unfortunately, the room was supposed to have a city view but instead offered a view of the parking lots. It was right next to the kitchen, so the food smell drifted in, and the windows wouldn’t open.

I’m grateful for a fantastic stay at this hotel, especially thanks to Regina, the Reception Manager, whose kindness, professionalism, and personal touch made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. Bianca, the Breakfast Manager, also deserves praise for her friendly demeanor, attentiveness, and the warm atmosphere she creates each morning. The whole staff delivered excellent service and hospitality. Coming from the heat of Dubai, I especially enjoyed the pleasant Atlantic climate, fresh sea breeze, tasty food, and the welcoming locals. I’d love to return and hope the management recognizes the great work of Regina, Bianca, and everyone on the team. Thank you all for making my visit memorable! ❤
