It was simply gorgeous—fantastic Panorama Suite with a private sauna, warm welcome and very friendly staff, plus a breakfast buffet with a wide selection.

The rooms were very clean, the mountain views were excellent, breakfast offered a wide variety, and the staff were very friendly—manager Raphael was especially kind, though I forgot his name.

We booked this place largely because of its acclaimed food, a key factor for us food lovers. Unfortunately, the meals over the first three days were mediocre and tasteless. The salad buffet, offered as a side or part of dinner, was a major let‑down: the same three salads—potato coleslaw and lettuce—appeared every day, with no tomatoes or cucumbers. The bread was good, and the dishes were nicely plated, but the portions were tiny. Small servings would be fine if the food had flavor, but it was mostly bland. A grill night was held during our stay; we were initially pleased until we tried to order. The steak was lukewarm, tough, and flavorless; the fish was raw inside. When I asked for a sausage, it was barely grilled, lightly rolled, and pressed to get a bit of color. On the last day, the food improved slightly and had some seasoning, yet it still wasn’t a culinary revelation. Other guests nearby were visibly disappointed and even searched Google for good local restaurants. Beverage prices at dinner were also exorbitant. Water in the room is refilled daily for free, but the same water costs €6 at dinner. A local beer isn’t offered—Heineken appears on the drink list. Service was also disappointing: drinks were sometimes delivered only after we nearly finished our food.

The property is a real gem I discovered by chance, surpassing my expectations. It’s a modern apartment building, spotless, with free underground parking, a spa, and an outdoor pool. We chose half‑board, expecting an average buffet, but the food quality was far better. There’s a salad bar and a menu for appetizers and mains to pick from. Staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast is great with excellent coffee. Opting for a mountain‑view apartment is worth it; the room details are well thought out, including Ritual products and a small kitchen in the studio. The rooms are cozy with a large balcony. I’m already looking forward to a winter return.

A very nice hotel. The reception was warm and friendly. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the service was also very kind. I was satisfied with everything. We didn’t use the wellness facilities, as we only stayed one night, unfortunately.
