The place was very clean, the room was huge, and the staff were helpful, but everything was already very old and worn; light switches and lamps sometimes didn't work. The seating in the winter garden that belongs to the room was heavily faded by sunlight and partly broken. The roof terrace is unfortunately right next to the garbage container parking spot, so the odor makes it unusable. The high price is only justifiable during the trade fair.

“rustikal gemütlich, gerne wieder”

We really enjoyed the old timber‑frame house, a slice of countryside that feels like stepping back into "old times." The room décor was rustic yet cozy and clean. The bathroom was somewhat modernized, with a shower and plenty of storage at the sink. We were greeted very warmly. Breakfast was sufficient and tasty. We felt very comfortable and would book again next time. Plenty of parking spaces are available right at the hotel. The old‑world restaurant across the street is also recommended. The hallway smells (probably from old carpet), the minibar was not cold, and it would be better to remove it from the room; it also looked not very good.

“Prima hotel voor doorreis”

The rooms were spacious, quiet, and close to the motorway (useful for a layover). The mattresses were nice. The sink had a very bad odor when water was flushed, maybe the siphon needed a cleaning. The pillows were super thin. Breakfast was fine but not very extensive (no scrambled eggs or croissants, for example). The lady at check‑out spoke limited German and English.

“Minimum vital”

The sheets were great, but the breakfast was extremely minimal and the room was too dark with poor lighting; the passage between the bathroom and the bedroom felt unsafe.
