“Breakfast options were superb. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful.”
The location was close enough to the food spots I needed, but I would have liked an overhead drive‑up for convenience.

The spot was great for getting to the university and for shopping and meals, but the welcome was mediocre; at breakfast, aside from the first day, there were no sausages or steak to go with the eggs, and we had to fight to get our rooms cleaned because we were told they would be ready on arrival, yet after a seven‑day stay the rooms were only done after five days. Trash was only taken out every three days and we had to fetch fresh towels from the front desk, bringing back the wet ones ourselves.

The surroundings were lively and the room looked decent, hinting at recent upgrades. Even though staff were short‑staffed, they managed to get the work done. The room was clean and satisfactory.

I checked in early and the staff were very helpful and professional. The rooms stay clean and comfortable. One small tweak would make it perfect: a tiny shelf for soap and a shampoo bottle in the shower area.

The manager was dismissive and rude; my room stayed unclean for 5 days and I never received linens or towels. I had to buy them at a nearby Walmart. When I mentioned it, he blamed overworked housekeepers and told me to “suck it up.” I wouldn't want even my corpse to stay there for a second. The manager’s attitude and the housekeepers’ unwillingness to do their jobs were unacceptable.
