Everything was incredible about this hotel, we got a bus straight from ciampino airport to the termini and the hotel was on the other side of the road to the the train terminal as we entered they told us they upgraded our room to a junior suit which was just amazing. The room was big, bed was amazing, only thing I would say is the tv didn’t have apps like YouTube, Netflix and it was Italian but maybe we just couldn’t find it. room service was lovely, every time we got back from going out our room was tidied up again efficiently we also had breakfast included and by far the best breakfast I’ve had at any hotel my favourite part was the chef making pancakes in front of you, we had also booked a massage which was very nice and relaxing the spa was also nice overall our stay could not have gone better and made our experience in Rome unforgettable

The hotel’s location is ideal, right across from the train station and metro, so everything is close by—great! It’s a shame that a 5‑star property charges €20 to use the pool; that extra fee feels unnecessary at that price point. I understand a surcharge for massages, but not for pool access. A useful tip: raise room rates by €20 and avoid extra fees that upset guests. Also disappointing that water was only provided on the first day; a daily bottle is a minimum expectation for a 5‑star hotel.

The hotel is excellent, positioned perfectly, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was good, but the bar’s sofa seating for evening cocktails was limited to a single style of cushion, and there were only three options, all essentially the same. I wish the spa services were listed in the room amenities without a €20 surcharge; it’s a 5‑star hotel. Free bottled water in rooms isn’t a first‑time experience for me.
