“A wonderful stay at Pullman Nairobi Upperhill”
We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Nairobi Upperhill; the experience began as soon as we stepped in. Nicholas at the front desk provided a smooth, friendly check‑in and noticed we were having trouble with the private hire driver who had brought us, so he kindly offered help and even arranged a car to take us to dinner that evening. He’s clearly a conscientious host who genuinely looks out for guests. The breakfast spread was excellent, and my in‑laws, who are hard to please, were delighted by the variety of food options. Thank you, Nicholas and team, for making our stay so memorable. We’d happily return.
