The rooms were large and very comfortable, the lifeguard was friendly and child‑friendly, and the waiter at dinner was highly attentive and professional. However, aside from those positives, the staff and overall treatment of guests were far below what one expects from a Grand Hotel. A very unpleasant odor lingered in the second‑floor hallway and our room, and the carpet urgently needs professional cleaning or replacement. The breakfast was a joke for the price, with baked goods that were bone dry and coffee worse than at a petrol station. Throughout our stay we never felt welcomed. On the day we left, a big event was happening and it seemed all attention was directed toward it, leaving us completely overlooked—something that should never happen in a Grand Hotel. This was our second visit and the same poor service level repeated. It’s a real shame; it’s our worst hotel experience in Poland at this price point, and it simply can’t compare to other Grand Hotels by the sea or in the mountains. Every evening in the restaurant, we were told different things about dish availability, which was very unpleasant. In contrast to breakfast, the dinner meals were exceptionally good and flavorful. As mentioned, the head waiter and the lifeguard provided five‑star service, but the rest of the staff did not.

“Udany wyjazd, wrócę!”

Everything was super! The food was tasty, breakfast was good. The parking was large, the SPA, pools and saunas were amazing, and the kids’ play area was great. The lake was beautiful.
