I liked that the accommodation had hot water, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a shared kitchen—essential items for a stay. I stayed on the top floor, in a flat on the second floor, and met a Russian, a Chinese, and a Greek person, creating a friendly atmosphere that made the stay more bearable. Unfortunately, the staff behaved poorly: a short, dark‑haired cleaner spoke badly from the start, never said hello or goodbye, and often ignored me; she even shouted at me for not putting trash in the bin, claiming it was my responsibility in an rude and aggressive manner. In contrast, another taller, blonde cleaner with glasses was polite and friendly. The manager was unacceptable; on the day I checked in on the 14th, she didn’t help at all, and I was only able to get inside thanks to a resident from the second floor. The next day, while I was working and came back late, she called me and lied that she had given me the wrong room because of the key and that I had booked too late, which wasn’t true—I had left the building with the resident who helped me. From our first interaction, I sensed she was lying. She also asked me to give her the door key so she wouldn’t lock it, while allowing other residents, like a Greek woman, to do so normally. She mocked the Russian resident, saying “you usually renew but now you’re leaving?” and “if you don’t like it, that’s how it is here,” which was unprofessional. When the Chinese woman was robbed, the manager not only didn’t help but told her “that’s how it is here, people steal,” judging her instead of supporting her. I helped her as best I could. The Russian stayed and renewed for a long time, but eventually left mainly because they forced me out of my original room. He was very upset because he knew me and how good I was, and also knew I had helped the Chinese woman. Initially, I thought about recommending the place even to couples, but after this experience and such bad staff, I would not suggest it to anyone.

There is no heating in the room, no heating stove, the first complaint is about cleanliness—zero, no non‑smoking option, the kitchen is from the first to the eighth floor, toilets are outside the room; I have already sent a complaint to the staff and a doctor to send me a paper that I have had a cold from yesterday to today and I am requesting compensation of €50,000 and a second if there is no agreement from English to Greek, thank you very much.

It was cheap, but the manager is crazy, has anger issues, and the listing was false; the advertised amenities didn’t exist or were behind paywalls, and the hostel drama was intense.

I loved eating outside, though other questionable guests were also sharing that spot. The bathroom is overcrowded, with no separate toilet for each person.
