The reception was friendly and the atmosphere was lovely. In the room, hair strands were everywhere and some interior elements were left in the hand. The corridors were worn.

The breakfast items were very good, though I felt the gluten‑free options were limited. The room was comfortable. The room was cold, and it was hard to find an outlet near the bed to charge my phone.

The location was good beds were good. Staff were great. Walls were so thin it sounded like the person in the next room was in our room. Rooms are small. We had booked for 3 nights but due to finding out we could not get a train on that day we ended up having to leave a day earlier. I tried to correct the error by calling help line . I must warn all Booking. com customers and I have been one for many years that they now have a new AI customer service bot which if you have a request thats not just straight forward it will not let you through to a human it just says I can tell you are upset I am hanging up bye Ultimately between Booking. com and the hotel policy I ended up paying for a night I didnt need
