The location and the building offer a garden view. The host and reception are available. The room is described as a deluxe suite and it is indeed spacious and bright, but the quality of the services and finishes is not always impeccable: the bathroom had several defects, such as tape on the shower mixer and a completely detached shower head. Overall, the property feels poorly maintained, even in the outdoor areas.

I liked the location and the cleanliness, but the room wasn’t very warm and the breakfast was disappointing.

The proximity to line 8 and the cozy coffee shop a little further away were great, but the rain was a downside.

This snug spot is truly amazing, with a warm fairy‑tale vibe and a friendly host; the quiet setting feels like a sea getaway, not too far from the historic center, and the walk to Trastevere and the Basilica di San Paolo fuori le Mura was pleasant. I’d gladly return to La Villa di Roma.

The room was pleasant, yet the entrance to the property looked abandoned.
