After a day at sea we appreciated the welcome and the quiet of the place, located in a quiet zone. We can’t say much about breakfast because it was a Sunday and we had to go to a cafeteria that we could never find despite our GPS. I think we got lost.

The host Giovanni was friendly, and the apartment was brand‑new and well equipped; it’s only 7 minutes from the port. Nothing else to mention.

The property is new and clean. The room is on a shared passage/ balcony, has no curtains, so you must keep the blinds closed or people will see inside. The room is furnished with a carefully curated Pico design.

The owner welcomed us last minute with kindness. The building is new and clean. The only issue was that the location was only suitable for a short stop.

A solid base for people using the ferry, with convenient access to the port. The downside is there’s no private parking in front of the house, the location is far from Livorno’s center, and it’s near industrial areas.
