“Horrible”
I arrived early at 9:00 AM, and the front‑desk staff told me I couldn’t access the pool or check in until 4:00 PM, even though other guests arriving at the same time got both pool access and early keys. When I asked about coffee, they said I’d have to wait for it in my room, not mentioning the hidden coffee station around the corner in the lobby; a simple direction would have helped. Also, the restaurant doors were locked at 9:00 AM during operating hours, and parking was terrible—I had to wait an hour because service trucks blocked me. The restaurant and front‑desk staff were very unfriendly, which doesn’t reflect good hospitality.
The beach view was perfect with its own access, but the spa was cold.

The spot was great and the staff were fantastic, but one of the buildings felt a lot dirtier than the other. One of my rooms had bugs, yet the staff moved me to a room in the newer building, which I appreciated. Every elevator was filthy and gross.
