Location is super convenient – just a walk from Jiangsu Road metro.
My room felt brand‑new, right down to the pillows and blankets, and everything was spotless.
The staff here are genuinely warm—every interaction felt friendly and welcoming.
The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was pristine.

“お得感満載”
The price was reasonable for the well-equipped, clean rooms, and the location was great—walking distance to the subway, shopping centers, and a local market where I could try the morning food. Whenever I ran into trouble, the staff were helpful and appreciated. I had a pleasant stay overall, though the new furnishings left a slight odor that I got used to after a couple of days.
“Amazing staff, would 100% stay again!”
I have to give big kudos to the staff—they went above and beyond when I lost my phone in Shanghai and helped me recover it, and I can’t thank them enough. They were friendly, fun, and patient. The room itself was amazing: spacious and spotless. The lobby downstairs is a great spot to meet people, with snack fridges and the option to order online to the hotel. There’s also a noodle restaurant in the lobby, and the food is great! The only downside was that, compared to my previous stay at People Square, this location felt a bit farther from tourist spots. The metro is about an 11‑minute walk, which isn’t terrible, but I mostly used Didi instead. Everything else more than made up for it.
The hotel was very clean and tidy, and I never found the bathroom busy or dirty; the air conditioning worked everywhere. The public area has vending machines for food and drink, but there’s also a restaurant on the ground floor. The only drawback was that my room was really small and noisy.
The place was clean, but the room was extremely small and no one spoke English.
The place was very clean, but the elevators were too slow.
