The property is beautifully laid out with great attention to detail, offering a peaceful atmosphere and a view of the green and Lake Garda; the host Franceso was very attentive and friendly, making me feel I could approach him anytime with requests without feeling intruded, and overall it is highly recommended; unfortunately, the bed felt a bit too soft for our taste.

“Eine Oase abseits vom touristischen Getümmel”

The location is excellent, very quiet with lake and green views, the pool and lounge are generous, the place is extremely well maintained and lovingly decorated; Francesco is the heart of the house, serving a fantastic breakfast with daily new treats, a small sweet at the pool in the afternoon as a courtesy, and drinks; the house is only a few car minutes from Bardolino; it would be nice to have a few snacks in the afternoon or at midday, like ham‑cheese toast for a quick bite, otherwise everything is perfect.

Francesco cared very lovingly for the well‑being of his guests. In the afternoon he served fruit with ice cream by the pool, just like that! The property is very quietly situated, everything is clean and well‑maintained, and a varied, tasty breakfast was served daily. My daughter and I were very satisfied and thrilled 🤩 absolutely recommendable!
