“Affordable comfortable place👍😊”

The bed was comfortable and the room and shared bathroom were clean and easy to use. The location is a bit uphill but beautiful, about a 10‑minute walk from the train station. Grocery stores, hypermarkets, and a bakery are nearby. The owner was very friendly, and check‑in and check‑out were quick. Free Wi‑Fi was perfect. The common kitchen has everything you need. Nothing bad to note, though the rooftop could use more chairs, and not every room has a balcony.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The descent was terrible. The “garden” was a trash heap, and the room we stayed in had no lamp shade; the terrace was full of old, broken furniture. The kitchen was dirty and every surface felt sticky and grimy.

The admin is very polite. The internet is fast. The coded lock at the entrance is very convenient. The room and bathroom are very clean. The air conditioner works well. The mattress is orthopedic, the bed is wide, and there is a desk for work. The only wish is to have a water filter or a bottle with a pump in the kitchen.

“Pleasant Stay”

The place was very quiet and the kitchen was fully stocked; my room was spotless and cozy, so I had a great time—no complaints.
