We had a wonderful stay, situated on the route to Borjomi/Vardzia. The welcome was very warm and everything was spotless. The room isn’t huge but it’s adequate, and it comes with a nice balcony and a garden with benches. Walking through the village is enjoyable. The meals weren’t extensive but they were tasty. We spent a lovely evening with a group of rugby players and their coaches who were on a camp and played their Georgian guitars. The guesthouse wasn’t marked, so finding its location was a bit confusing. The road is newly paved and easy to drive on. There is no air‑conditioning and no indoor pool as listed on Booking, but opening the window at night kept the room cool.

The hosts were very welcoming and the food was delicious. We had a large, comfortable room for our family with two bathrooms and a kitchen, accommodating five sleeping places. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside was that the shower water was difficult to adjust, either too hot or too cold.

Everything was wonderful: the atmosphere was great, the view from the balcony was stunning, and the air was amazing. We spent several days in Borjomi and my children didn’t want to leave; thanks to Ani, who was very sweet and helped us with everything. Nearby the house there are sulfur baths that we really enjoyed. 🙂
