The host was kind and helpful, and the place was clean. At that price I would expect a recent renovation. The apartment has many shortcomings in many parts. A little effort would make it more welcoming and modern in terms of services. Inside it gets very hot, and with just one fan it does nothing; an air conditioner is needed. The outside is so dark that it’s hard to use it at night. (I would suggest changing the mosquito nets, the apartment lock, the shower/bath, the external umbrella (dilapidated)…or lowering the rate.)
The apartment was very well kept and the location was beautiful. The owner was very friendly and precise with directions. We will gladly return. Nothing negative.

The property is a single‑floor house with a garden where you can eat. There’s a car parking in front of the house. It’s quiet, spacious, and offers a nice view of Monte Albo. The house is a few minutes from Siniscola center and 10 minutes from the cove, a secluded countryside house, but the owner lives in the adjacent house. The house was cool at night (no air conditioning). There’s no bidet. They recommend leaving at least a bottle of water in the fridge for arriving guests.
