The double room was quite decent, we were welcomed well, Ruzana and Ashot were very hospitable and interesting people. The rooms had air conditioning, comfortable beds, good linens, a large table, a green courtyard outside the window, a shower and toilet next to the room, an open‑air veranda kitchen with everything for cooking, and there were parrots in a cage that we really liked! Thanks to the hosts of this guesthouse!!!

The owner was always ready to help, the room was clean, AC worked fine, and the bed was comfy. The only downside is that the bathroom isn’t private – you share it with another room and it’s outside. Plus, it’s a bit far from the center and you have to walk through the owner’s private area to get to the room.

For the price it’s a decent option if you don’t expect too much from a simple room. The furniture isn’t brand‑new but it’s clean. The metro station and grocery stores are close by. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, the mattress was thin.
