“It ruins our only night in hiacachina”

The location was good, but the oasis is so small that everything is close. They didn’t provide the breakfast we had included and didn’t reimburse us for it. We asked for a receipt for our payment and didn’t receive one. At 9.30 am the person cooking breakfast wasn’t there yet and they said we could wait 30 minutes more for eggs and bread, which was all they offered. The pool was dirty, the building was empty, and there was no staff during the evening and night. We had to open a locked door to enter in the evening, which was not easy because the lock was inside the door and had to be opened through the gate. There were two dogs not tied, they forgot the towels, the shower was totally cold and little water came out. Compared with other places at a very similar price in Huacachina, this is not worthy at all. Other hotels/hostels have a bar in the evening and a restaurant, a good breakfast served from 7 or 8 am, and a usable pool. Avoid this place; you can find another one for a better experience. If they are not ready to provide good service, they should not keep the bookings open.

The pool was great and the staff were friendly, but I had a hard time locating the hostel because there was no sign. Breakfast didn’t start until 9:00 am.

The rooms were comfortable, yet the pool wasn’t heated and it was a bit dirty.

“Muy mal”

Nothing good—I'm asking to cancel my reservation because they claimed to have parking, but there isn’t any. They said there was a parking lot, so I booked, but it turns out you’re left on the street in an area that may or may not be prohibited, and the only “security” is a camera that isn’t monitored and it’s unclear if it works. I personally requested a cancellation and they didn’t comply. The place also looks ugly. It’s a scam; they’re not even trying to be honest.

“Solo si buscas algo de paso”

The location and the outdoor facilities like the pool and the hotel restaurant were all very good, but the room and the bathroom were extremely small, the fan was covered in dust, the sheet wasn’t meant for two people and was tiny, and what I liked least was that, despite being a hotel with a pool, they didn’t provide towels in the rooms.
