Walking to the square is convenient for taxis, and the one‑way streets can add time and cost if you let them. The beach is a short stroll away, and the room is spacious. The price matches what you receive. However, small items like door knobs are often broken and left as is. The staff are in another country with different hours, so responses are delayed. Getting the full address for taxis is confusing.

The location was great and the room was large. The air‑conditioning in room 5 was too small for the space, but a big fan was provided.

The spot is close to the beach, Seminyak square, and Kayu Aya, where many restaurants, pubs, shops, and massage salons are found. The room is simple but adequate, and I slept well during my two‑day stay. The balcony is nice; ask the owner for a cushion for the wooden chair for extra comfort. The room is quite dark because it only has a small window, so natural light is limited unless you open the wooden door. The electric lights work fine, so if natural light isn’t important, this isn’t an issue.
