The hotel was nice, clean, and modern, with a great location; the lady in the spa, Patricia, was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend getting a treatment with her.

The milk tasted sour and the food was lukewarm; the bar meal was just average. The staff seemed busy with a large group of 70, which made the service feel rushed.

The place was welcoming, in a good location, with a pleasant atmosphere and plenty of parking; nothing bad to say, though the front of the hotel and the room veering out to the left gave a very nursing‑home type of look that could use a bit of a makeover.

The staff were excellent and the breakfast was beautifully presented, but there were no EV chargers so I had to leave the hotel to charge my car. In room RM104 the bedroom light bulb was missing, the sliding bathroom door couldn't lock, and the net curtain on the window had a brown stain that looked old.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, but the rooms felt dated compared to the pictures; we booked a deluxe double and the toilet wouldn't flush, so we were moved to a twin room at night, which was disappointing given the price. The new room had no phone to call reception, and when we finally got room service after an hour, the food at the bar was mediocre even though the waiter and bar staff were lovely. The spa jacuzzi didn't work, and the checkout receptionist offered a small compensation that didn't offset the high cost of a supposed four‑star hotel.
