The staff are very kind, the rooms are pretty and clean, the breakfast and dinner selections are fine and tasty. The bar by the pool stays open for a long time, so if we didn’t feel like going out at night or if it rained, we still had a place to sit, chat, play cards, and drink. It’s truly in a central spot, and since we wanted to combine city walks with a small amusement park and daytime beach swims and relaxation, all on foot, I can’t think of a better place.

The hotel is centrally located, modern, clean, the breakfast is great, the bed and pillow are comfortable. The room is very noisy because a theme park is right next to the hotel, loud music plays until midnight, and the room’s equipment is lacking: no bathrobe, slippers, wine glasses, beer opener, corkscrew, or sewing kit, and the minibar is empty. The hair dryer is in the wardrobe, so it’s impossible to dry hair.

The location is great. The room is small, the shower cubicle leaks badly and needs resealing, and there is mold that needs cleaning.

“Very loud hotel for those who don’t need to sleep”

Definitely clean hotel. The majority of staff wants to make a stay nice but it is so difficult with big “cons” the hotel has. Central location with a lot of restaurants and bars and stores (for sbd. pros, for sbd. cons). The hotel is located in the center and next to Lunapark and a lot of restaurants and bars. There is a noise even you close completely the door and the window. The noise is really audible and lasts till 1 a.m. (sometimes even longer when drunk people return to the hotel or sing on a street). Why don’t you warn that the hotel is in very loudly part of Ayia Napa? I consider reviews as completely fake. If Seasons Hotel is No. 6 out of best one in Ayia Napa? I consider it being a complete fake everything … We are in Cyprus for last four years and always in different hotels (always 2 different hotels in one stay). So 8 different hotels in total. We always choose those with very good and even exceptional reviews. I have never seen the mess like I see here … The reviews say excellent food? The food is very average at all, everything is pretty average and sometimes the meat is completely hard. The variety of fruits? 3 different. The breakfasts? Again no live egg/bacon/omeletes cooking, everything is pre-prepared. So dried up rapidly. Postmix drinks. And again, so much loud everywhere. Why don’t you put some flowers or stg. that could calm the restaurant? The restaurant seems very impersonal. All in all, we are disappointing with the price to value for this four star hotel. And we do not believe to reviews from now
