I liked the overall property, but we didn’t receive the room we had booked; upon arrival we were told we’d been upgraded, only to find ourselves in a smaller, less comfortable room where our teenage boys had to sleep on a cramped couch, and we had to repeatedly ask for bed linen before it was finally provided.

The location was perfect, the room was very comfortable and clean, and the pool was also enjoyable, but no water—neither plain nor ice—was offered in the room upon arrival, so we had to go downstairs to fetch a glass, and there were no welcome drinks or especially warm reception.

The location was good, though the pool area can get a bit busy at times.

We’ve visited three times and each visit has been enjoyable, especially because of the location, the atmosphere and the rooms that have large terraces with Pacific views. Everything was fine, though parking costs over $80 per night, which is relatively expensive.
