Overall clean and good, but I called a taxi at 11:10, told it would arrive at 15 minutes, and it actually arrived at 11:33; I was in a hurry because I almost missed the 12:00 high‑speed train, and if the car hadn't shown up I would have to pay the seat‑vacancy fee—do you cover that? Also during the National Day holiday I couldn't book a ticket at all, so I had to download the app and call a car, which arrived in 8 minutes, but I still almost missed it 😫.

“Convenient adequate booking in staff helpful.”

The proximity to the airport was a deciding factor; otherwise I wouldn't have stayed. There are no eating or drinking facilities, but the convenience and adequacy are acceptable.
