“They asked me to cancel my booking when I arrived”
They didn’t answer my question about early check‑in, and when I arrived in the morning to at least see the room—even if it wasn’t ready—they told me to cancel a non‑cancellable booking without any explanation or discussion.
The staff were attentive, especially Gabriel who worked hard to meet your needs and make your stay enjoyable. However, it was hard to adjust the shower water temperature.
Hostel w środku miasteczka, wszędzie blisko. Bardzo pomocny i życzliwy personel, możliwość zrobienia prania na miejscu, elastyczne godziny przybycia/ wyjazdu. Skromniejsze ale smaczne świeże śniadanko. Dostępność herbaty/ wody w jadalni przez cały czas. Troszkę glośno-jak w całym.miateczku. Trzeba się przyzwyczaić do innego rytmu

The rooms are comfortable and the location is great. Breakfast definitely needs improvement. My room was too bright because the curtain didn’t block the window completely.
