The staff are so helpful and accommodating and go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful stay. They went the extra mile with helping lol after our kids and they can help book your safari or any transport needs.

The spot was decent for getting to Sigiriya and other towns, but the elephant chained up in the lobby made me uneasy, so check that before you book. The staff seemed to hover all the time, so a bit more privacy would have helped. The shower area was damp and leaked.

I recently had a mixed experience at this hotel. Although the location was ideal, I ended up staying for just one night instead of the planned two. The original room was clean but had a damp smell, which was somewhat off-putting. However, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, moving us to a lovely big room with clean white sheets. The breakfast and evening meal were also enjoyable, and the on-site elephant was a lovely touch.

I was initially charmed by the hotel's lovely grounds, complete with roaming monkeys, peacocks, and an elephant. The manager, Selvi, was also very friendly and eager to please. However, I was disappointed to discover that the rooms were plagued by black mould and a terrible smell. Selvi assured me that it was a temporary issue, but I felt it was essential to warn fellow travellers about the problem.

My stay at this hotel was pleasant, with the pool being a highlight. The staff was also very helpful and useful. However, I did notice that the lock in the bathroom needed some attention.
