The location is good, actually in the forest, and the lodge built from the nearby log is a feature of the place; the rooms have everything you need. The service should match the place and basic hotel principles, but it lacks loyalty and flexibility, the staff are unfriendly, and there are problems with coffee availability, which is basic nowadays; the staff’s anger when we poured instant coffee into cups caused a storm of emotions, and they complained that we should have warned them in advance (from the previous day when we ordered breakfast). The limited breakfast selection surprised me. Having its own kitchen and chef is a big problem for this establishment, and since there are no free-standing cafés nearby, the hotel breakfast is the only place to get a meal. I didn’t like the common areas of the two rooms; the two rooms share a common loggia‑terrace, which is very strange and was not mentioned earlier. For business travelers this place is unsuitable because they don’t have a business card for the establishment, which is needed for a business travel card.
Everything was liked. Everything was cool.
A small, cozy hotel. The staff were friendly. The rooms were good and had everything needed. The rooms were warm and the beds very comfortable, which is important on long trips. The breakfast was hearty and tasty. There was a fenced‑off Banya. There were activities for both adults and children (a room with toys). Special thanks for the girls who helped me with my lost item. After staying at the hotel I discovered that my watch was missing (I had left it in the room). I contacted the hotel, the watch was found, and the girls helped me return my watch to Astana!
Everything is cozy and quiet. The only downside is that breakfast could have been included in the price.
“The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is small and very clean.”
It was close to the lake, very clean, and it had a Banya and a pool. The hotel restaurant was meat‑oriented, so we had to go elsewhere because my partner doesn’t eat meat. The town is a bit more than walking distance, so you need a taxi.
