“We didn’t receive anything we were suppose too. Still haven’t received the cheaper rate nor my $40 deposit”
Location n comfort. We didn’t get our king suite nor a king bed. Needed up with 2 queen bed. Which was a cheaper rate. Ice machines didn’t work. Pool was closed whole time there. Not pleased at all

I had a wonderful check-in experience at this hotel, thanks to the very friendly and helpful staff. They made me feel right at home, and I was excited to start my stay. Unfortunately, I don't have any other comments to share about my stay as I didn't experience any other aspects of the hotel.
“Balcony View Overshadowed by Issues”
I loved having a balcony in my room, but my experience at this hotel was marred by some significant issues. The front desk staff, particularly a lady named Jennifer on my last day, was very rude to me. I also had some problems with the amenities, including a broken ice machine on the 3rd floor and a pool heater that didn't work until my last day. To add insult to injury, I'm still waiting for a refund, which has left me feeling aggravated.
I was told I would receive a refund because the pool was out of service, but I never got it.
“Mixed Breakfast Experience”
I appreciated being able to order off the menu for breakfast and having my cooked breakfast made while I waited, but there were some drawbacks to my stay. The breakfast options were limited, with not enough cereal choices, and I had to pay for everything. I was also disappointed to see that there was no recycling available. Additionally, the adjoining rooms can be quite noisy if the people in them have their TV turned up.
