I had to buy breakfast at a nearby BB hotel, but the old, beautiful building was centrally located. The room video seemed exaggerated, the mattress was too soft, and the room felt “wrong,” which clashed with the lovely historic building.

The location was very convenient because it was centrally situated. The staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly.

The location was good, but there was a lot of traffic noise (expected). The hotel maintenance was inadequate: missing paint on the windows which were also hard to open, furniture on the balcony/terrace was defective with several broken seats, and the room coffee supply ran out of instant coffee so it was not refilled after use.

The place is in a good spot, but the response time was slow, the service level was low, the furniture wasn’t kept in good condition, and the landlord seemed disengaged.
