“Mir i tišina”
The spot is right where you want to be—quiet and close to everything. Vesna was friendly and made the stay pleasant. I appreciated the peace and silence.

For a single night the place was passable, though I was expecting more of a guesthouse than a shared house with several rented rooms. The host was responsive and easy to reach. Unfortunately the kitchen looked a bit grubby and the kettle was broken, which made mornings less appealing.

Communication before arrival was fine, but the actual accommodation bore no resemblance to the photos—nothing matched. To make matters worse, we were left with only two tiny 20 × 20 cm towels, which was useless when we were dirty.

The hotel staff were genuinely welcoming and the facilities were nice, but the room itself felt like an oven—uncomfortably hot.

I stayed in a private room that shared the kitchen and bathroom; they greeted me with a welcome drink and the AC cooled nicely, plus there was a separate heater. The room had a TV, a bathtub with shower, and even a washing machine that seemed usable, plus all the basic toiletries and towels. The only downside was that the guesthouse is tucked in a quiet residential street with no signage, so finding it the first time can be tricky.
