It was convenient for my flight, but I left a pair of sterling silver earrings and was disappointed that housekeeping didn’t turn them in. I even returned on my flight back and was told they hadn’t been noted by housekeeping on the morning of checkout. Those earrings were a gift from my deceased son and had huge sentimental value, so I was very disappointed.

It’s inside the terminal, with a restaurant next to it and a coffee bar, and the staff are very friendly.

The hotel’s proximity to the airport is unbeatable—you feel like you’re already at the terminal as soon as you walk in. It’s worth staying here. The bar inside the hotel restaurant was packed and only one staff member was serving, so we could only order one drink and couldn’t get any more. The food was mediocre.

The front desk attendant was really nice. The parking is a joke: part of the sidewalk isn’t lit, scary at night, not ADA‑friendly for wheelchair users, and it’s a quarter mile from the entrance. You have to ask for a photocopy of a query to avoid a fee, which cost me $12 the last time. The ice machine was broken; I asked for ice and was told to walk to the fourth or fifth floor to get my own. I’m handicapped.
