FabHotel Good Luck Residency

I stayed at FabHotels recently and overall the place was clean and decent, with no major room issues. The light in the dressing area, however, was faulty and caused a lot of trouble. My wife needed the dressing/mirror area to prepare for an important program, and because the light wasn’t working, she struggled to get ready properly. This became especially problematic as we were getting ready for a significant event, and I felt embarrassed and received unwanted comments because of the situation. The dressing area and its lighting are essential, especially for guests who need to get ready for an event, and basic facilities should be checked before a room is handed over. I urge FabHotels to address this seriously and take appropriate action so other guests don’t face the same inconvenience. I would also appreciate a suitable resolution or compensation for the trouble we experienced during our stay.

“No more in the future”

Cleanliness was lacking: insects, dirty or stained linens, bad odors, unclean water, and the TV was broken. The thin walls let sound through, making the place noisy and unsafe. The cemetery location was awful. The next day I went to the market and my phone charger was stolen; after speaking with staff they returned it. I will never forget anyone who gave me a charger during my stay. It’s the worst hotel ever. I checked out yesterday, but my clothes were still in Darkin. I told the employee I was leaving and wanted my clothes. He told me to wait 45 minutes and pick them up. I told him I didn’t have enough time, but he suggested I send them to this location around 6:30 pm. After I left, the employee refused to send them.

Breakfast service was poor—food was expensive and only available after 8:30 AM, which is inconvenient for guests. Overall, the experience did not meet the expected standards.
