The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the location was fantastic! The breakfast selection wasn’t very varied, but everything they prepared was delicious. The housekeeping was terrible; every day we found hair in the bathroom and in the “clean” towels there were tangled strands. I told the cleaning ladies about this for two days, but it kept happening. One night, two different hairs appeared on the same plate during dinner.

The check‑in person was very rude and unkind from the start. I arrived with a smile and ready to enjoy my stay, but the other staff were great. I don’t remember her name, but I checked in on Friday the 7th around 6:09, my name is Bridgett Rutledge, room 408. I’ve never experienced such rude behavior; I was just trying to hurry through check‑in. I spoke with two other employees to report the incident; they were kind and apologized. I originally asked for management, but they weren’t there. I’m shocked by the treatment I received; this was supposed to be a joyful welcome and it wasn’t.

Alison, Deisy, and the breakfast restaurant staff were all very friendly and helpful, eager to accommodate mixed requests even though we didn’t speak English, and we communicated perfectly. The only issue was the sliding door in the bathroom—standard, but it always leaves gaps.
