“Perfect Base for a Bangkok Trip with Outstanding Service!”

We stayed as a family of two adults and two teens in July and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The reception staff were incredibly nice, helpful, and kind, especially when an airline lost our luggage for 30 hours and they tracked it down and returned it safely. The rooms were small but very clean and comfortable, with a powerful air conditioning system that was essential after a long day in Bangkok’s heat. Located in Old Town, the guesthouse is close to public transport, taxi boats, and a 7‑Eleven just a 2‑minute walk away. Two lively party streets and an amazing street food market are only a 5‑minute walk from the door. The price is unbeatable, the cleanliness excellent, the location great, and the staff the most helpful you could wish for. I highly recommend the U need Guesthouse95 for anyone looking for a budget‑friendly and welcoming place to stay in Bangkok.

“All in all,OK.....”

The staff were really friendly, definitely deserving ten stars for that. On the downside, there was no Netflix because the TV was old and lacked international channels, the air‑conditioning was noisy and antiquated, and the room felt tiny for two people with hardly any space for luggage—even with light packing it was cramped. I can’t see why the place gets such high ratings; a solo traveler on a short stay might manage, but anything longer than three days wouldn’t work for me, and the price felt a bit steep for what’s offered.
