The place was clean and tidy, and the staff were decent and courteous, always soft‑spoken and helpful. The location was very convenient—just a short walk from the metro station. On the downside, there was no restaurant on site, so my boyfriend had to order food from outside, and I spotted a cockroach in my room once.

“Regretting and spilt my trip!”

There was nothing positive to mention. The rooms were infested with cockroaches, the cleaning crew never cleaned thoroughly, and the linen, towels, and kitchen plates were all dirty or stained. The staff were extremely rude, especially Saurav, Abed, and Mustaq, who argued constantly. The breakfast was pathetic, and the only polite person was Iman, who I thanked for her service. I was forced to pay an advance that was later denied, and I was asked to pay $701.14 again; I plan to sue the hotel for fraud. I warn everyone against this place and the platform that listed it. After this, I will never use this hotel again, and I will discourage friends and family from staying here, even after 30 years of traveling. It was a waste of money, peace, and respect. Some of the young staff in the so‑called restaurant were rude, acting as if they were doing charity for me. I can no longer rely on this hotel or its website.
