The view from a spacious upper‑floor room was great, yet I can only give the minimum rating of 1 point. After breakfast I suffered severe stomach issues caused by the food. Other shortcomings that didn’t heavily affect my overall score included a sauna that was tiny, cold, and heavily scented—likely unused for a long time. I booked this hotel mainly for the sauna, even though it’s far from Bangkok’s city center, which was disappointing. I was also shocked to find a safe installed directly above the floor; it seemed designed for guests to kneel in front of it—unnecessary and odd. In short, this hotel is not recommended.

“Clean, comfortable and friendly, and good for a night near the airport, but not ideal for exploring Bangkok.”

The room was modern, clean, and spacious with a very comfortable bed; the staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool was a nice bonus. It’s a convenient choice for a short stay on the way to or from Suvarnabhumi Airport, but the location isn’t ideal for exploring: there’s little within walking distance, so you’ll need a taxi for almost everything. Sound insulation could be improved, and some small details, like the towels, are starting to look worn.

The hotel was terrible; we booked 4 people, 2 rooms, and 4 breakfasts, but 3 guests fell ill and we cancelled two days early, yet we were still charged—do not go to this hotel.

Definitely not a 5‑star hotel, but the rooms and the whole property are gorgeous and extremely clean! The breakfast, however, is really bad.

The hotel and its facilities are nice, but it’s far from the services and some false promises from the front‑desk staff about a late check‑out were made; they set a time and then bothered me with calls to leave the room, giving me only a 10‑minute grace period.
