The managers’ courtesy was above all, the room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, the price was fair, and the location was strategic for work both toward Lucca and Pisa. The air conditioner gave off a bad odor, and the little center under the TV isn’t very nice and limits cleanliness.

The location is great for traveling by car around Pisa, Lucca, and Monte Serra. The post‑reception check‑in process after closing feels a bit cumbersome, but everything gets resolved easily.

Everything.

The room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, everything was very clean, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was good and plentiful, but it would have been better if the bathtub were included.

The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, but the hotel was too close to the street.
