Poor customer service. Was told room no more upon arrival and cancelled booking, but refund still not processed after more than 1 month!

The staff service was just okay. I was given a queen‑size bed but received a single‑bed room. They said there were no vacant rooms. The room lacked a TV and the bathroom lights were broken. The room was dirty and had cockroach stains. The bathroom was also dirty with cigarette ash, as if it hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom conditions were scary. This was my first time staying at a problematic hotel, especially in the Petaling Jaya area.

“Saya sampai di hotel reception cakap dah full wth??!! Saya sudah fullpayment..and no refund my money”

When I arrived at the reception, they told me it was full, even though I had already paid in full and still haven’t received a refund. That night I slept in the car with my wife and two little children.
