I was close to the Boat house and several restaurants, but the service felt average and the kitchenette only had a RO system. There was no dedicated parking, no Wi‑Fi, no hot water, no breakfast, and I found cockroaches on my bed.

The spot was prime, Lalith on the staff responded quickly, and the ground‑floor food facility was convenient, but a water leak turned the whole room floor into a small lake within minutes of rain, which was very uncomfortable and disappointing.
