“Great time”

The hospitality was outstanding: the reception and breakfast area felt like home, and staff like Paulla, JP and Ying made us feel at ease; the hotel offered unlimited bottled water, an espresso/coffee machine, endless refrigerated fresh fruit, juices, and even free instant cup noodles for late‑night snacks or when we were too tired to eat out; the breakfast was like a good Thai restaurant, giving us a hearty meal before heading out for hikes or other activities; there were no negatives.

The breakfast offered a wide selection, and the staff went out of their way to make sure you enjoyed it. The front‑desk team was proactive, non‑Asian, and friendly, though I had to get used to them at first.

Everything was perfect: the location, the room, the facilities, and the breakfast was simply wonderful. When I checked in I mentioned that I was vegetarian, and throughout my stay the staff prepared meals that I could eat, and they were delicious. Thank you so much to everyone for their kindness, warmth, and empathy.

“Love the staff and the quiet”

Everyone was so welcoming, personable and sincere in making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. On my last day, I even met the co‑founder and CEO of BED Hotels at breakfast and had a very nice chat with him. The fact that a CEO bothers to come down personally to his hotel and greets guests speaks volumes about his approach to hospitality. Location was great as well in the old city. I could walk almost everywhere. I also love the fact that the property is for adults only, so it feels quiet and peaceful. Soundproofing is good and the bed is very comfortable. I would have liked a small vanity mirror where I could sit at, but otherwise it’s not a deal breaker.
