“Staff are 5 star worthy people !!”
The staff were extremely helpful and kind, making the experience truly pleasant.
“Lovely staff, good location.”
The staff were nice, the location was good, but it was not the most hygienic place to stay.
The staff were very helpful and the room/ bathroom was very clean. The location was also close to the underground station. The towels could be upgraded. They were worn and a bit stained. I'd take my own hiking towels next time I stay at a budget hotel to avoid that dilemma of wondering if to dry myself off with a t-shirt instead
I was thrilled with the service and the rooms; everything was spot on.
The staff were very friendly and everything was as indicated.
