The location and staff were great. The room and hotel overall were fine, but the room felt a bit plain and the seats were very uncomfortable and dated, which was disappointing for a luxury stay.

The location was excellent, only a few minutes’ walk to marina bars and restaurants. The property was very clean and the staff were friendly. I would definitely stay again if I return to Vilamoura. Everything was great – no issues.

The view overlooked the marina. Reception never answered the phone when we called. The bar staff were rude, the breakfast staff were rude, and the breakfast buffet was very disappointing. Eggs were cooked poorly, and the cook was miserable and uncaring.

The hotel was in a fantastic spot right next to the marina. Breakfast was lovely, the rooms were a little dated but the pools were fantastic, and the staff were all very friendly and the rooms were very clean. I look forward to going back, though the twin beds were pushed together.

It was in a great location. Staff were friendly, hotel was immaculately clean. Pool area and pools were spacious. Breakfast buffet was an added bonus. Nothing not to like
