The General Manager is the gem of the property, making the experience worthwhile; the staff are helpful and friendly, and the room was exceptionally clean—my mop water was almost dirt‑free on day one, which I appreciated. The only suggestion I have is to hire someone to patrol the parking lots at night.

General Manager Barb was awesome—polite, organized, and kind. However, the room shown in the booking photos was completely different from what we received, facing 180 degrees opposite; the luggage storage door was damaged, kitchen cabinets were unfixed, the bed was uncomfortable, and I was shocked to see people smoking weed nearby. The shower was slow, maintenance only came once a month, and you’re stuck with the room you check into.
