I appreciated the convenient spot with plenty of nearby shops and the patience the staff showed during my first check‑in, plus the room rates were fair. The bed was as hard as a rock, causing me serious discomfort, so I had to buy a mattress topper to ease the pressure on my joints.

The room was clean and allowed smoking in certain areas, offering good value for us who sleep cheaply and eat elsewhere; this was our second stay and it worked for us. I wish they had asked if a coffee maker was available in the room.

The location suited our needs. However, we found a lot of mildew in the bathroom; the bathtub was dirty and the sink needed replacement.

The hotel is close to the hospital, but the bed felt a bit hard.

The place was nasty and very outdated, and there were cameras outside the door watching every move. At check‑in they asked if I was traveling with a man, which made me very uncomfortable.
