The location is great, right next to downtown, and the room’s unique geometry and lock box are cool, though the age is obvious; the double bed was fine, but the single could be better.

I was stuck in a room with filthy window sills, cobwebs, a duct‑taped window, and a screen‑less one that wouldn’t lock. The fridge still held beer from the previous guest, so I wondered what had been cleaned. The bathroom door was falling apart, the shower didn’t drain, and the towels were ripped. The old décor made it feel both old and disgusting. No staff were on site, so I texted the contact and they moved me to a room 10 ft away—much better, with clean new bedding, carpet, bed, molding, lighting, paint, HVAC, functional windows, and a modern bathroom, though the first room only had a fan. I was annoyed that I had to endure the crappy room first night, but the new room was a relief until I found a huge bug in the shower curtain and decided to leave.

The spot was great, just a short walk to Main Street’s restaurants, bars and shops. The bed was comfy, the bathroom clean and roomy with a large shower, and the mini‑fridge and microwave were handy. Getting into the room was easy, with a remote access code sent by text before arrival. The towels in the bathroom were surprisingly thick and plentiful, unlike the cheap, thin ones at higher‑priced places. The parking area and building exterior looked a bit scary and could use a facelift—new chairs, basic concrete cleanup, and weed removal would brighten the front. The carpet had stains, the sheets were stained, and the mini‑fridge was pretty dirty.
