Thanks to Joke and Peter for the warm welcome and a fantastic time. The place is perfect for a short break with absolute quiet – it did us a lot of good and I slept in the yurt as well as I have not slept in a long time. Everything was perfect.

I liked the small lunch a lot. It could have offered natural juice or more plant‑based drink packages. We enjoyed the blueberry pancakes, honey, bread and dessert. The location is excellent. It could have had more outdoor lighting and the access road could be improved.

The peace, the isolation, the digital nomad vibe, no WIFI, no signal strength – it was a real glamping, camp‑like experience. In the tent the toilet and shower were open, and you could see into the toilet from the tent. We didn’t stay much at the accommodation; we spent most of our time on the beach. The tent was noisy in the wind.

We, as lovers of Africa, spent three beautiful nights there. We enjoyed absolute quiet, the view from the veranda into the wide countryside; the beloved camp dog Sky gave us pleasant and calm company several times a day. We were in the natural pool and found it funny to watch the very small green frogs from a distance. Even in June it was not hot thanks to the dense tree cover and the nights were pleasantly cool. We liked it a lot and hope that the camp will be talked about by travelers on their round trips; an extraordinary alternative to other accommodations. A tiny suggestion for our nice hosts: a bit more cookware in the kitchen would be desirable, especially more cutlery. That was unfortunately very limited (e.g. we had exactly 4 knives and none looked like the other :)). Nevertheless it was wonderful, especially since we had prepared plenty of food and drinks in advance for cozy evening dinners at sunset. Best regards 😁
