I like the property view was good and staff was well mannered and room service was excellent. It was a must stay property I would say. I really enjoyed it. One thing I was having issues with was transport from the property. Even the staff didn't have any contact with the auto rickshaw or cab so that it could be more beneficial for customers

Nice property, scenic balcony view, especially during rain and snowfall. Nothing

The scenery was stunning, the design was nice and everything was clean; however, I was traveling off‑season, the staff were okay but I had to hunt them down every time I needed something and their English was very basic. I paid for a full board breakfast but had to demand it, and when it finally arrived there was no choice offered, just a rather bland egg paratha. They also asked me to check out at 10 am even though I was entitled to a late checkout until 13:00.

Everything was perfect! It felt like home, very cozy. The rooms are newly renovated, all furniture is new, very comfortable. Good hot shower and free WiFi. Nice rooftop terrace. I was lucky to get a very cheap room rate. The manager responds quickly via booking chat. The continuous loud sound of the river (right next to the hotel) makes it feel like you are in nature's lap. Location is perfect in quiet remote corner, only 5 minutes walking to Old Manali main bazar. No need to climb any stairs or hills to reach the hotel. Thank you so much!. All was good. No negatives
