“Pleasant comfortable stay.”

The room was cozy with a comfortable bed and plenty of breakfast options, fresh coffee, and juice. However, the old house still had a noticeable stale smell despite being spotless, and the carpet in our room needed cleaning. Weekday parking was plentiful, but on weekends we had to walk a few blocks.

The house was lovely with a nice porch and space to work, read, or sip a drink. Buses were easy to catch, and there were cute restaurants, shops, and other nearby attractions. Everything was great, though the room was very simple and had no frills, yet it was still comfortable.

“Interesting, well thought out place to stay in a terrific neighborhood.”

The spot is in a cool old house with a great location, and the kitchen is set up nicely for coffee and breakfast, all spotless. The staff and on‑site info were helpful. The pillows, however, are really thick and uncomfortable—after three previous stays I always woke up with a headache or sore neck, so I brought my own pillow this time and slept better. It’d be nice if the four pillows weren’t all so thick, giving guests a choice.

“Nice accommodations in a wonderful location.”

The property sits in a large historic house a little off the main street, well kept and clean. I appreciated the communal kitchen with self‑serve breakfast items. My room was comfortable, the bath was updated and very clean, and I parked easily on a side street nearby. The neighborhood is amazing. Everything was great.

“Near perfection”

The house is beautiful, with a large room and bathroom, very quiet, and the breakfast is very nice. Parking is the only downside, but that’s to be expected in a busy area.
